Details we need
When you come to order your new pass you will need to bring with you something to show that you are aged 60 or over or have a disability and that you live in North Lincolnshire.
If you have a travel pass already, please bring it with you. It will show that you are already eligible and you won't need anything else. If you are applying for the first time, you can see the details you need to bring in on our who is eligible for a new travel pass page.
Is there a charge?
There is no charge for the pass.
Pass posted to you later
Because we can't produce a new "smart card" pass immediately, your pass will come to you through the post.
We will give you a receipt to acknowledge that you've ordered your pass. Please keep this safe. If you have any queries or if your pass doesn't arrive when you expect it, please ring the council on 01724 297460. Have your receipt handy when you do this and be ready to quote your reference number.
Your pass will come with a leaflet explaining how to use it and where it is valid.
Application forms
If you can't get to one of our offices, you can ask for an application form. To do this, please ring the council on 01724 297460, email public.transport@northlincs.goc.uk or ask Scunthorpe Shopmobility or any Local Link.
