Payments of a parking fine (penalty charge notice) can be made by any of the following ways:

Cheque/cash/postal order payments can be made in person at Church Square House and Hewson House, Brigg.

Debit card payments can be made in person at Church Square House, Scunthorpe and Hewson House, Brigg or by telephone - 01724 297000.

A penalty charge must be paid no later than the last day of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which it was served.
If paid within 14 days, beginning with the date on which the notice was served, a discount of 50 per cent will apply.
Please note: Civil enforcement officers cannot accept payments.

All appeals or objections must be made in writing by either:
Objections must include the penalty charge notice number, car registration number and the driver's full name and address.

Off-street parking is enforced by the North Lincolnshire Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2010.
On-street parking is enforced by the North Lincolnshire Borough Council (Various Streets) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2010.
