The Health Improvement programme is a framework within which local health agencies, councils and others will work together to improve health, tackle inequalities and improve local services.
As one of the two councils within the South Humber Health Authority area, North Lincolnshire Council is playing an active part in the South Humber Health Improvement Programme.
More information about the Health Improvement Programme, including a complete copy of the South Humber Health Improvement Programme 2001-2004 document, can be found on the North Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust web site.
