Day support is available for adults with a learning disability across a number of community venues based at:
- Assembly Rooms - Queen Street, Barton
- Brigg Resource Centre - Horstead Avenue, Brigg
- Community Centre - Crowle, Isle of Axholme
- Hollies Resource Centre - Normanby Road, Scunthorpe
Day support is person centred, flexible and inclusive of all assessed needs. People are supported to make plans, choices and decisions about what they want in their lives and the support they need to make this happen.
Activities at all the locations and venues are based on the choices and assessed needs of the people we support. They are focused on promoting self awareness, confidence, decision making and independence to help people become part of a community network of support.
If you would like further information about day support please ring the Hollies on: 01724 298222 and you will be put through to someone who can help you.
