What to do if you are worried about a child?

If you are seriously concerned about the welfare of a child or young person please ring 01724 296555. This will put you in touch with our duty social worker. You can speak to the social worker in confidence.

You can also call the police at any time on 0845 60 60 222.

"Each week one child in England or Wales is killed by their parent or carer. If someone had seen and reported the abuse it could have been prevented." (NSPCC)
