Fit for the Future

The number of older people and people with a disability is increasing. More people now need help from adult social care services and at the same time still want to keep their independence.

The Fit for the Future film (13 minutes) shows how adult social care in North Lincolnshire is meeting the needs of those who use the service. It contains real life examples where service users, staff and families give their views.

The film covers seven areas:

  • Safe
  • Respected
  • Healthy
  • Independent
  • In Control
  • Being involved
  • Having confidence in the future.
