Online maps - help

Getting the most out of Online Maps

Online Maps allows you to look around the area where you live and find out information about the services provided by North Lincolnshire Council.

In order to find out information in a specific area you will need to select an address which may be stored as your default location in the form of a cookie. This might be your home address or the address to which you are hoping to move. Once you have selected a default address this will be remembered each time you visit this site so you will be just a couple of clicks away from a wealth of information about where you live.

Once your default address has been set, and this may be changed at any time, you are then in a position to find out about the services in your area. You may wish to:

  • find your nearest planning applications
  • find which Ward you are in and who your councilor is
  • find the local schools in your area
  • display different types of information

A number of tools have also been provided to help with navigation around the map, displaying more detailed information and linking out to other web pages.
