Dressing room facilities
There are four dressing rooms in all, which are adjacent to the stage. They accommodate between four and ten people. They are all heated and have mirrors. There are toilets in dressing room one, three and four. All dressing rooms have hot/cold running water and there are also 2 showers in dressing room four. Dressing room one is designed for disabled use and has disabled toilet facilities.

Fly floor
- the fly gallery is situated stage right. There are 14 hemplines with 48mm OD bars SWL 70Kg.
Stage floor
- is chipboard and painted black.
Loading doors
- are stage right and are 1.2m above road level, 3m high and 2.5m wide.
Orchestra pit
- is in the auditorium and is obtained by removing rows A, B and C. Ample 13A sockets are available on the front of the apron.
Tabs & masking
- House tabs are red velour and hand operated from S/R. No fire curtain. Full set of black masking with one traverse also set of gold masking with one traverse. Both sets 19' drop.
Stage communications
There is a stage show relay system to all dressing rooms and the lighting box. The stage desk also has a call facility to all dressing rooms.
A cans system is also installed with sockets stage left, stage right, lighting box, auditorium front and rear, fly floor. There are six sets of Tech Pro Cansets available.
Internal phones are in use between the stage desk, technical box, box office, auditorium, FOH office, managers office and bar.
CCTV screens are installed in all dressing rooms, stage left, stage right wings and FOH office.

Laundry facilities
The theatre has available an automatic washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board which are located in dressing room four.
Disabled facilities
Disabled access is available from the dressing rooms to stage via a chair lift and from stage to front of house via a ramp. Disabled toilets are situated at the rear of the auditorium and in dressing room one. The auditorium and box office is fitted with an induction loop system and a visual fire alarm system is also installed. A lift is available from the foyer to the first floor bar area.
Piano
There is an upright piano (normally in the auditorium) and a full size Grand Piano (located on the stage).
A Piano Technician who will tune them is available on request.
Crew
There are no resident crew but there is a regular casual technical crew (contact Glyn Gamewell - theatre support officer on 01724 297862 or by Email at glyn.gamewell@northlincs.gov.uk).
Food and drink
Tea and coffee making facilities are available backstage. And the licensed restaurant is open from 10am - 2pm, Mon - Fri and from 6.30pm - 11pm on performance nights. Other food outlets are within five minutes walk.
Special effects
Please inform the theatre as soon as possible if your production uses special effects, such as smoke, pyros, strobes, lasers etc or raise platforms. This is because clearance is required from the County Fire department and the council Health and Safety team.
