Plowright Theatre booking information

You can book for performances at the Plowright Theatre in any of the following ways:

Online

You can now book and pay for selected events by using the Plowright online service.

In person

Box office opening hours:

Moday to Friday

10.30am to 5pm non performance days

10.30am until half an hour after the start time of the show on performance days.

Saturday

10am to 2pm non performance days.

10am to 2pm and from one hour before the performance and half hour after the start of the show on performance days.

By telephone

During box office hours on 01724 277733. You may pay by credit/debit card, or you can reserve tickets which must be paid for within four working days. Or no later than half an hour before the performance for reservations made less then four days in advance. All unpaid reservations are released for sale when the deadline for payment expires.

By post

Please specify the show, the date, time of performance and the number of tickets you wish to purchase and post to:

Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope or we will keep your ticket(s) for collection. Please make cheques payable to North Lincolnshire Council.

Please supply contact details and specify the show, the date, time and number of tickets you wish to purchase and we will respond when the box office is open.

Ticket agents

Tickets can be booked at the following:

North Lincolnshire Central Library, Ashby, Barton, Crowle, Epworth and Winterton Local Links and Brigg Tourism Information Centre.

Subject to availability and during normal box office opening hours.

Ticket resale

We regret that we cannot exchange tickets or refund money, however the box office will try to resell returned tickets, but the theatre's own tickets must take priority.

Group bookings

Please enquire at the box office for possible discounts for parties of 10 or more or school groups.

Discount rate

Can be claimed by full time students, retired over 60s, under 16s, registered disabled. Proof of eligibility will be required.

Credit card bookings:

Credit/debit card bookings will have a charge of 50p.

Post

A 50p charge is made for tickets posted out to patrons.

Latecomers

May not be admitted until there is a suitable break in the performance.

Terms and conditions of sale

  1. Tickets should be checked at the time of purchase as mistakes cannot be rectified later.
  2. Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded.
  3. No ticket refunds will be made on the announcement of a subsequent special offer.
  4. The use of photographic or recording equipment is prohibited unless by prior arrangement with the management.
  5. All children/babies must have a valid ticket for the performance regardless of age.
  6. The management reserves the right to alter the advertised programme.
  7. The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Gift vouchers

An ideal gift whatever the occasion. Please purchase from the Box Office, and use for any North Lincolnshire Council professional production at the Plowright Theatre.

Theatre bar

The bar is open on performance days from one hour before the performance. Interval drinks may be pre-ordered.

Disabled facilities

The following facilities are available:

  • Infra red hearing system (please enquire at the box office)
  • Large print brochure
  • Accessible toilet
  • Disabled car parking spaces
  • Lift to the bar
  • Good auditorium spaces for wheelchairs and escorts
  • Improved access to all sales areas.

Please note that the theatre is a non-smoking venue.
