Opening times:
- 10.30am to 4.30pm - ticket booth opens and admission prices commence
- 1pm to 5pm until 27 September - Regency Hall is open to the public (last admission 4.30pm)
- 1pm to 5pm until 27 September - farming museum is open to the public (last admission 4.30pm)
- Park open until dusk
- Walled garden, cafe and gift shop open - 10.30am to 5pm (during the winter, the cafe closes at 3.30pm. The hall and farming museum closes at the end of September and re-opens end of March 2010).
Information on accessibility:
- Mobility aids: Scooters and wheelchairs are on loan free of charge. Please give 24 hours' notice to avoid disappointment. Call 01724 720588. Hire can be arranged on the day from the ticket booth staff in the summer season, and from the gift shop in the winter season if the item is not already booked.
- Hall: The ground floor of the hall is accessible to all visitors. A taped tour is specially designed for visually impaired visitors and is available for loan upon request.
- Walled garden: All of the Victorian walled Garden and nursery is accessible.
- Farming museum: This building is fully accessible and has a lift to the first floor.
- Park: Much of the park is accessible with paved roads and path areas between the main buildings on site.
- Toilets: Once a range of kennels, the toilet block is situated in the main car park area. Facilities include ladies and gents toilets, a wheel chair accessible toilet as well as a baby change and toddler cubicles.
- Café: There are two wheel chair accessible toilets and level floors throughout the building.
- The gift shop and information centre is fully accessible.
- The new children's playground is accessible to wheelchair users.
