Treasures exhibition

One person's trash is another person's treasure.

Discover the top 100 treasures for 100 years of the museum, with treasures to include objects, people, and places.

The treasures are what North Lincolnshire Museum society and local communities celebrate about the heritage of North Lincolnshire, and which build a sense of pride for the local area.

Join Polly the parrot and our pirate crew every weekend for free drop in arts, crafts and treasure hunts. No need to book. Check session times at the reception desk.

For the first time at North Lincolnshire Museum families will be able to borrow one of five history detective back packs free of charge during their visit to the Treasures exhibition.

Aimed for use by families with children these backpacks contain games and materials to both challenge the visitor to look for clues and to bring the Treasures exhibition alive. So why not take a visit this summer and try them  out.
