The Central Library is the largest library in North Lincolnshire. There are two public floors in the building.
- Ground floor - Central Lending Library: Fiction, Children's Library, Audio-visual Library and Tourist Information Centre.
- First floor - Reference and Information Library, Local studies, Central Lending Library: Non-Fiction.
The library is also the administrative headquarters for North Lincolnshire Libraries and Information Services.
