Local societies and contacts database

The council has a database of local societies and contacts. It is compiled and maintained by staff at North Lincolnshire reference library.

Societies listed in the database include:

  • Art clubs
  • Self-help groups
  • Sporting associations
  • Family history societies.

Local contacts listed in the database include:

  • Speakers
  • Translators
  • Music teachers.

The list does not include every group in North Lincolnshire. This is because we rely on groups to tell us about their organisation.

In accordance with data protection rules a form is sent out every year requesting permission to include society details in the database. All societies which submit a form are included in the final list.

To find a club simply look up the subject you are interested in on the index and then refer to the alphabetical directory for more details.

If you would like your society to be included in the next edition of the list please contact North Lincolnshire reference library.

Telephone 01724 860161 or email: ref.library@northlincs.gov.uk.

Alternatively you can download and complete the form below.
