• British Standards Institute - guide to the services offered by the BSI.
• CAROL - Top 500 company reports.
• Kellysearch - includes 12,000 business entries.
• Intute: Business and management - comprehensive guide to business information on the web.
• Thomson Local - Thomson directories online.
• Yellow Pages - Electronic Yellow pages, plus an index to UK based websites.

Europe

• European Information on the Web - a North Lincolnshire Libraries and Information Services guide.

Finance

• Bank of England - news, press releases, publications, etc.
• Hemscott - includes UK equities direct & company information.
• Fool - lots of information and advice on personal finance.
• Olsen & Associates (OANDA) - useful site for both tourists and businesses giving details of foreign exchange rates, both current and retrospective.

• Access Funds - provides information about sources of funding for the British non-profit sector.
