Computer, photocopying and fax charges

Using a PC

  • First session per day (up to 30 minutes) - free
  • Each additional session (of up to 30 minutes) - 55p each

Printouts

  • A4 colour - 35p
  • A4 black and white - 15p
  • Floppy disks - 55p each

Some libraries have self-service People’s Network computers. You don’t need to ask staff to use a self-service PC. Just simply type your library card number and PIN into the onscreen box and you can use it for up to 30 minutes for free. If you want to use a computer for longer than 30 minutes, if you have already used a computer today or if you do not have a library card, please ask a member of staff.

You can also book a computer up to a week in advance, simply ask a member of staff.

Photocopying

Available at the Central, Barton and Brigg libraries only.

  • Black and white (A4 or A3) - 10p per page

Sending (per page)

  • UK - £1.35
  • Europe - £2.05
  • Rest of the world - £2.40

Receiving

  • £1.30 for the first 5 pages
  • 10p for each additional sheet thereafter.
