Team Read 2008

We launched this year's Summer Reading Challenge, Team Read, on 14 July.

So far 1,487 children have joined. We have shared some lovely stories with excited children and their proud parents. And there are a lot of good, funny, pretty, scary, interesting and colourful books to choose from. Come and tell us about your latest reads very soon.

If you've not yet joined there's still time.

What do I have to do?

  • Fill in a registration card
  • Get your Team Read membership card
  • Tell us about the books you read during the summer
  • Collect the stickers to put on your fold-out poster
  • Check out the Team Read website.

What do I get if I do the challenge?

  • Rewards to collect along the way
  • Lots of great books to read
  • Fun things to do
  • A certificate to show you completed the challenge
  • A Team Read medal.

The challenge started on 14 July and runs until 6 September. For more information ask in your local library or email library.enquiries@northlincs.gov.uk.
