Home learning collection

The home learning collection is located in the Children's Library at North Lincolnshire Central Library.

The collection provides books and other material to help parents and carers support children to learn to read and write.

There is also material to help children with learning at home, including:

  • Books on general literacy and numeracy.
  • Key Stage books (from pre-school to KS4) including study guides for a wide variety of subjects up to GSCE level, as well as general literacy and numeracy aids, such as reading scheme books.

Library staff have also prepared a number of booklists for parents and carers on a range of relevant subjects such as dyslexia, reluctant readers and bullying.
