The courses aim to help people improve their knowledge, skills and achieve their career aspirations. They are delivered by qualified and accredited professionals who are committed to delivering training in a relaxed and friendly environment:

Three day first aid at work
This three-day course is a HSE approved course. It provides you with the most comprehensive training in first aid.

National pool lifeguard qualification
Successful candidates will receive a nationally recognised Pool Lifeguard qualification that will enable you to work within the leisure industry as a pool lifeguard.
Course requirements
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and a confident swimmer. Swimwear, t-shirt and shorts will be needed every week for the practical swim session.
