Epworth Leisure Centre under went major redevelopment in May 2005. This saw the introduction of a brand new gym facility.
The health club at Epworth now offers 27 pieces of all the latest modern equipment in an environmentally friendly atmosphere. The health club also boasts hidden extras including music, TVs, feedback box, drinks fountain, wall charts, mirrors and even a free personal exercise programme if you want it.
Epworth's fitness instructor's, James Mcghie and Josie Deno are both fully qualified, and are on hand to help if you need them.
