Epworth sports hall has a range of group fitness classes taking place suitable for all tastes and fitness levels.
Group fitness classes are a great way of trying a new exercise and having fun while keeping fit.

Class descriptions
- Adult trampolining: The chance to learn new skills, enhance your coordination and improve your fitness. This class runs during term time only
- Legs, bums and tums: Comprises floor work and aerobic exercise to concentrate on those stubborn areas
- Step aerobics: A great pulse raising lower body workout using choreographed routines on a step
- Yoga: Help tone your muscles and improve your body posture. Yoga can also help with stress relief, mobility and relaxation
- COMING SOON - Yogalates - a combination of yoga and pilates.
