Epworth group fitness classes

Epworth sports hall has a range of group fitness classes taking place suitable for all tastes and fitness levels.

Group fitness classes are a great way of trying a new exercise and having fun while keeping fit.

Booking is recommended for classes as there are limited number of places available for each class. For more information on these classes or to book a place, phone Epworth Leisure Centre on 01427 873845. Email: epworth.leisurecentre@northlincs.gov.uk.

Class descriptions

  • Adult trampolining: The chance to learn new skills, enhance your coordination and improve your fitness. This class runs during term time only
  • Legs, bums and tums: Comprises floor work and aerobic exercise to concentrate on those stubborn areas
  • Step aerobics: A great pulse raising lower body workout using choreographed routines on a step
  • Yoga: Help tone your muscles and improve your body posture. Yoga can also help with stress relief, mobility and relaxation
  • COMING SOON - Yogalates - a combination of yoga and pilates.

Timetable

Wednesday 10am to 11am - Fit and fine aerobics 7pm to 8pm - Circuit training
Thursday 9.30am to 11am - Yoga  
Friday   8pm to 9pm - Trampolining
