Epworth leisure centre has a range of group fitness classes suitable for all tastes and fitness levels.
Group fitness classes are a great way of trying a new exercise and having fun while keeping fit.

Class descriptions
- Bootcamp: Circuit and military inspired exercises to boost all round fitness.
- Boxaerobics: A combination of aerobic work and boxing moves.
- Circuit training: A great workout for all-round fitness and total body conditioning.
- Stability ball: Effective for improving balance, posture, whole-body tone and core stability, on a ball.
- Yoga: Help tone your muscles and improve your body posture. Yoga can also help with stress relief, mobility and relaxation
