Group fitness classes

Epworth leisure centre has a range of group fitness classes suitable for all tastes and fitness levels.

Group fitness classes are a great way of trying a new exercise and having fun while keeping fit.

Booking is recommended for classes as there are a limited number of places available for each class. For more information on these classes or to book a place, phone Epworth Leisure Centre on 01427 873845. Email: epworth.leisurecentre@northlincs.gov.uk.

Class descriptions

  • Bootcamp: Circuit and military inspired exercises to boost all round fitness.

  • Boxaerobics: A combination of aerobic work and boxing moves.
  • Circuit training: A great workout for all-round fitness and total body conditioning.
  • Stability ball: Effective for improving balance, posture, whole-body tone and core stability, on a ball.
  • Yoga: Help tone your muscles and improve your body posture. Yoga can also help with stress relief, mobility and relaxation
  • Zumba: dance your way fitter with exciting Latin moves and rhythms
