Class descriptions:
- Aerobics: A high energy cardiovascular workout, ideal for fitness and conditioning.
- Bodycombat: A non-contact, martial arts-based fitness programme with moves drawn from karate, tae Kwan do, kung fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and t'ai chi. You must attend at least 1 clinic to be able to participate in a bodycombat class.
- Bodyjam: A 55 minute workout set to the latest music and greatest dance moves. You'll burn calories, increase your fitness levels and learn to dance better.
- Circuit training: A great workout for all-round fitness and total body conditioning.
- Legs, bums & tums: comprises floor work & aerobic exercise, concentrating on those stubborn areas.
- Yoga: help tone your muscles & improve your body posture. Yoga can also help with stress relief, mobility & relaxation.
