Baysgarth Leisure Centre has exercise classes designed to get you in shape.

Class descriptions:
- Abs blast: Half hour workout specifically designed for the abs
- Aquafit: A water based class combining aerobic work and static exercises using the resistance of the water.
- Bodyjam: A 55 minute workout set to the latest music and greatest dance moves - you'll burn calories, increase your fitness levels and learn to dance better
- Bodypump Is a revolutionary weight training workout that strengthens and tones every muscle in your body. You must attend at least one clinic to be able to participate in a Bodypump class.
- Body sculpt: comprises floor work and aerobic exercise, concentrating on those stubborn areas
- Stomp FX: is a dynamic step aerobics workout that will get you great results.
- Yoga: help tone your muscles and improve your body posture. Yoga can also help with stress relief, mobility and relaxation.
- Zumba: dance your way fitter with exciting Latin moves and rhythms
