The standards that we are pursuing are as follows:
Facilities
- Our facilities will be available at the times published in our information leaflets and website
- We will ensure our centres are clean and well maintained
- Customers will be informed of foreseen changes at the earliest opportunity
- Any unforeseen (emergency) interruptions to the service will result in refund/ or an offer of alternative service where available.

Staff - will be:
- Trained and appropriately qualified
- Easily identifiable by wearing a uniform at all times
- Wearing a name badge
- Polite, helpful and informative
- Receptive to customer needs.

Pools - will be:
- Maintained at a temperature within the industry standard range
- Safe, hygienic and tested regularly to ensure comfort and safety
- Supervised by the recommended number of qualified and trained staff.

Changing, shower and toilet areas - will be
- Clean, hygienic and in good working order
- Checked on a regular basis and remedial action taken when necessary
- Maintained at a temperature which is comfortable.

Health club and dry sports areas - will be
- Illuminated, heated and ventilated to ensure comfortable and safe conditions
- Furnished with equipment which is maintained and in good working order
- Ready for use within five minutes of the start of the activity taking place
- Clean and safe.

In general - we will
- Maintain a balanced programme which caters for the needs of the local community
- Maintain prices which are competitive and affordable
- Undertake regular surveys to ensure we meet customers' expectations
- Pursue continuous improvement in all areas of our organisation.
