Events

Events and training opportunities play an important role in the community. Throughout North Lincolnshire and the wider Humber region there are a number of events held every month aimed at supporting community and voluntary sector. Below you will find more information about different events:

'Fund Raising can be Fun'
9.30am - 4pm Thursday 9 July 2009

This event is a full day conference offering practical workshops and inspirational speakers to help local voluntary and community groups grow, develop their skills and become more sustainable for the future.

The event will offer practical workshops about managing a project, finding and securing funding and marketing and publicity, as well as inspirational speakers from Macmillan Cancer Support, Winterton Parish Council, Volunteer Bureau and Lloyds TSB.

You will also be given the chance to network and meet with other organisations that can support your group.
