Public notice: confirmation of bylaws for local nature reserves

Confirmation of bylaws for local nature reserves in North Lincolnshire.

  • Sawcliffe Hill, Scunthorpe

Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends, after the expiry of the period mentioned below to apply to Defra for confirmation of bylaws made by the council under sections 20, 21 and 106 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 with respect to the protection of wildlife.

Copies of the bylaws will be kept at the office of the council at Church Square House, Scunthorpe and will be open to inspection without payment on any weekday during the usual office hours for one calender month and after the date of the first publication of this notice.

Any objection to the application for confirmation of the bylaws may be made to the Local Nature Reserves Officer at North Lincolnshire Council, Environment Team, Church Square House, PO Box 42, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN15 6XQ.
