26 July, 2, 9, 16 and 23 August	Family fun and fitness	10am - 11am	Six to 11 years	Bring mum or dad with you and try activities such as circuits, aerobics, strength training and flexibility. Maximum three children per adult.	£3.50 per child, adult goes free.
28 July, 4, 11, 18, 25 August and 1 September	Club JJ's	10am - 11am	11 to 15 years	Use treadmills, rowers, steppers and cross trainers in the gym to improve your fitness. Session is supervised by a qualified instructor.	£3.60 per session
29 July, 5, 12, 19, 26 August and2 September	Family fun and fitness	10am - 11am	Six to 11 years	Bring mum or dad with you and try activities such as circuits, aerobics, strength training and flexibility. Maximum three children per adult.	£3.50 per child, adult goes free
10, 13, 17, 20, 24, 27, 31 August and 3 September	Street dance	10am - 11am	Six to 11 years	Dance routines in pop and hip hop.	£1 per session

Booking information

All activities must be booked 48 hours before the start of the session. Bookings can be made at the facility, or by phone week commencing Monday 12 July 2010. All places must be paid for at time of booking.

Age limits

All activities are for eight to 15 year-olds unless otherwise stated.

Clothing/footwear

Children need to wear suitable clothing and footwear for all activities.

Snorkelling and canoeing

All participants must be competent swimmers (two 25m lengths pool minimum).

Bank holidays

Riddings Pool will be closed for business on bank holiday Monday.

Energize programmes are fully inclusive and North Lincolnshire Council is committed to working with disabled children and their families. There maybe an opportunity that should your child require a support worker we will endeavour to provide this.
