Works are submitted at the owner’s risk. 20-21 shall not be liable for loss or damage, howsoever caused, during transport, storage and selection. It's the responsibility of the artist to arrange proper and adequate insurance cover against these risks.

All works selected for the exhibition will be insured under the terms of 20-21’s existing policy. This is from the time of selection to the time of collection following the exhibition’s closure.

Selection

Judging will take place during the week beginning Monday 3 December 2007. This year's judges will be Sheffield-based artist Pete Mckee and Jon Wakeman and Karen Watson, artistic directors of East Street Arts, Leeds.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence or communication regarding the selection can be entered into.

After selection

All entrants will be notified by post of the judges' decision. Selected work must remain at 20-21 until the close of the exhibition.
