Facilities for Schools

Contemporary Art and Craft Shop

A range of souvenirs and educational items are available to suit all levels of pocket money!

Café and Projection Screen

Teachers and small groups can grab a quick coffee or snack in our café whilst viewing the latest projection presentation. Contact 20-21 to enquire about showing your own presentations on this screen.

Toilets and baby changing

Toilets including an accessible toilet are located next to the reception. Baby changing facilities are located in the accessible toilet.

Lunch Room

The Education Room can be used as a lunch area for pack-ups, if booked in advance. If you have booked a workshop and you are staying to have your lunch, use of the room is free.

Activity Room

The Education Room can be booked in advance for self-guided schools visits to use for their own activities. All materials should be supplied by the school.

Multi Media Room

There are three computers with internet access and various software packages including Adobe Photoshop, Windows, Quark and Dreamweaver. There is a CD writer, an A4 flat bed scanner, slide scanner, graphics pen and pad and digital camera. Free use of this equipment can be negotiated prior to a school visit.

Unfortunately no technical help can be provided and teachers should visit in advance to familiarize themselves with the equipment and software.

A4 to A2 colour printing is available. Paper is available at reception where print-outs can be paid for.

Access

20-21 is fully accessible. The reception desk and Education Room are fitted with an induction loop. Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome.
