The North Lincolnshire Intermediate Care team is looking for additional highly motivated home care workers to provide quality rehabilitation and therapy led care - primarily to older people living in their own homes. We also offer support to family carers.
Constantly developing and driving through new initiatives with our health partners in the field of preventative services, our aim is to offer help and encouragement to service users in all aspects of daily living whilst promoting their independence and helping them achieve their full potential.
Our involvement in each person's care is only around eight weeks, during which we continually assess, monitor and review the individual care requirements. If further care is required our colleagues in the independent home care sector that focus on the longer-term care provision will provide this.
Following a period of induction training, you will operate on a seven day rolling rota basis which involves working over a five day period - am and pm shifts - including weekends and bank holidays. Providing help 365 days a year between the hours of 7am and 11pm. The team covers the whole of North Lincolnshire which means you will need transport, for which a mileage allowance is paid.
