What is the council doing?
The council is working in partnership with the Crosby Neighbourhood Management Pathfinder and Northern Counties Housing Association. They are working on a pilot scheme to make an area of Scunthorpe a better place to live. The project is called Advance Crosby.
As part of the Advance Crosby project, homes in the area may be purchased to help the re-development process.
The area concerned is bounded by the:
- North side of West Street
- East side of Frodingham Road along Berkeley Street
- West side of Wells Street in Scunthorpe
