Housing Strategy 2004-2005

Every council must have a housing strategy statement. This outlines:

  • Its aims and objectives for the coming years.
  • How it intends to achieve these.
  • How it wishes to measure its performance.

Some activities are also monitored by central government. This is done through performance indicators that are published in annual reports.
