Council housing

The ownership and management of council houses in North Lincolnshire has transferred to a new landlord – North Lincolnshire Homes (NLH). NLH is a not-for-profit local housing organisation.

Tenants voted for the change, which will see major investment in homes and estates over a 30-year period.
