A major study is underway in North Lincolnshire, the Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA), which is being conducted by North Lincolnshire Council. The council are also working in partnership with specialist research companies GVA, RMG:Clarity and Edge Analytics to produce the SHMA, this study is a requirement set by the national government aimed at improving housing provision across the area.
