North Lincolnshire Council helps the development of housing projects in the area. These include ongoing working groups for projects, which deliver homes on a continual basis or on a single project basis.
Advanced Crosby
Advance Crosby is a multimillion-pound regeneration scheme that will totally transform parts of the Crosby area of Scunthorpe. Our vision is to improve housing, communal areas, green space and education in the area.
Build Your Future project
The Build Your Future project provides homes designed specifically for young people aged between 16 and 25-years-old. The homes are independent units with a floating support package available.
Extra Care Housing Scheme
Ashby Meadows is North Lincolnshire's first Extra Care housing scheme. Ashby Meadows offers independent apartments for people over the age of 55 with a care or support need along with a range of communal facilities including a communal lounge, restaurant, scooter store, laundry, shop and 24hour on site care service.
