Carr Gomm provides housing for people with particular needs, including:

Grimsby and Scunthorpe Rape Crisis
Grimsby and Scunthorpe Rape Crisis offers free confidential support to adult men and women who have suffered rape, sexual abuse/assault and/or domestic violence at any time in their lives.
It is a voluntary organisation that aims to relieve the trauma and distress
of victims, family and friends by providing listening and support services.
If necessary, it refers people to other relevant agencies. The organisation
works in partnership with the Its My Right Project, Voluntary Action North Lincolnshire,
South Humber Racial Equality Council, The Forge and Humberside Police.

Humbercare
Humbercare can help with things such as security, cooking, benefits and personal
budgeting. The service is available to vulnerable people over 18-years-old who
receive housing benefit and have difficulty coping with their property, whether
rented or owned. This includes people with drug or alcohol problems.

ROOF - The young people's advice agency
ROOF helps young people between 16 and 25-years-old. The service provides information
and advice on homelessness and housing related issues. It can also help with
benefits and grant applications.

The Salvation Army
The Salvation Army has properties with tenancy support in Scunthorpe. They
also have hostels in Hull and Grimsby. Referrals for accommodation must come
from the council, ROOF or a similar organisation.
