Draft Housing Enforcement Policy Consultation

North Lincolnshire Council housing service has re-drafted their enforcement policy and we are looking for your views and comments in relation to the new version. We would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to look at our policy and provide us with your observations. Tell us what you think by completing our consultation on enforcement policy survey.

If you would prefer to complete a paper copy please print out the document below or email us to send a copy out at housing@northlincs.gov.uk.

We are also consulting on how we engage with you in the future. For a number of years we have held regular landlord forums but recently the numbers attending have significantly reduced.  We are interested in hearing from you as to how you would like us to provide advice and assistance in the future. Therefore, there are several questions also enclosed within the questionnaire relating to the future of landlord engagement in North Lincolnshire.

North Lincolnshire Council's housing service is dedicated to improving the standard of accommodation in North Lincolnshire by making homes decent, safe, and comfortable to live in. This includes homes that are owner occupied, as well as private rented.

The housing service also works closely with local landlords through the Landlords' Forum and the Landlord Accreditation Scheme, to raise the standard of private rented accommodation in North Lincolnshire.
