Cancelling contracts made in customers homes

From 1 October 2008, new rules relating to contracts made in peoples homes came into force.

The rules mean that traders must give cancellation rights (in the form of a notice) to customers who agree a contract in; either their homes, other peoples homes or the customers workplace.
