Domestic properties

If no collection information can be found, please telephone our customer helpline on 01724 297000.

Commercial properties

If no collection information can be found, please ensure you have arrangements in place with North Lincolnshire Council and telephone our commercial waste helpline on 01724 297848.

Please note: following a bank holiday, collection days for wheeled bins and kerbside recycling boxes will move forward one day with the exception of Christmas and New Year when you may have a different collection day.

For example, if your collection falls on a bank holiday Monday, your collection that week will move to Tuesday, Tuesday collections will move to Wednesday and so on through to Friday collections which move to Saturday.

* You can now recycle your small electrical items at the kerbside.  Please present these in a standard size carrier bag on the same date as your green and blue boxes.
