New validation checklists (1 July 2008)
The validation checklists describe the information you need to submit with your planning application and are intended to reduce the number of applications that are submitted with insufficient information which leads to delays in giving a decision on the application.
The checklists were adopted by the council on 2 May 2008 with an implementation date of 1 July 2008 and include both mandatory national requirements and locally specific requirements.
