Why do I have to pay for pest control treatments - are the costs in my council tax?

There is no statutory obligation for the council to provide a pest prevention and control service. By making a modest charge for pest control the council is able to provide residents of North Lincolnshire with a good quality, competitively priced service.

How quickly can you respond to my problem?

We will generally respond to all other complaints in one to three working days, although this can be longer in the summer months.

How can I request help and advice from you?

Please fill in the service request form, giving a description of the help that you require.

How do I contact you for more information?

You can contact us by phone or by using our online Public Health Pest Control Report form.

If you would like us to identify an insect or other pest, then if possible we would ask you to try to bring it to Church Square House for us - otherwise there will be a call out charge for us to visit your premises and give advice.
