This grant is available to householders and private rented tenants for assistance with cavity wall, loft insulation and heating measures. To qualify for this grant the householder must be in receipt of one of the following benefits:
- Income Support
- Guaranteed Pension Credit
- *Working Tax Credit
- *Child Tax Credit
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Benefit
- Income Based Job Seekers Allowance or;
- Be aged 75 years or over
* Where annual income is less than £15,460 unless includes disability element.
