How do I apply for building regulations?
Application forms for building regulations are needed, which should be filled in and returned to the address below:
Building Control Section, Church Square House, PO Box 42, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN15 6XQ.
Consult the Building Regulations Fees for the correct pricing on any application.
Applications can be paid online or normal methods such as cash or cheque.
At a later stage of the application a soakaway information percolation test [PDF] (315kb) form may be needed.
