Building control deals with advice and applications for work in respect of the building regulations.

How do I apply for building regulations?

Application forms for building regulations are needed, which should be filled in and returned to the address below:

Consult the Building Regulations Fees for the correct pricing on any application.

Applications can be paid online or by normal methods such as cash or cheque.

At a later stage of the application a soakaway information percolation test [PDF] (315K) form may be needed.
