Pupils not entitled to free transport may:

The cost of the registration fee to be charged is subject to annual review. Parents are advised that these children are liable to be displaced if other children move into the area who are entitled to free school transport or if the transport network needs to be reorganised. Children might also be displaced if it is necessary to reorganise a route or hire a smaller vehicle. In those cases where the concession is withdrawn by the council, refunds are made where appropriate.
