The council has no formal arrangements for pupils to attend maintained schools outside of its area, except in the cases of Oasis Academy Immingham (NE Lincolnshire) and Waddingham Primary School (Lincolnshire) where the school's catchment area includes a part of North Lincolnshire.
Parents wishing to apply for a place at a secondary school outside North Lincolnshire for the 2009/10 intake and that school is within the area covered by the following councils: Doncaster, East Riding of Yorkshire, Hull, Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire or Nottinghamshire, will need to complete the common application form given by this council who will then pass the information to the council responsible for the school named. Further information is in Section 4 of this booklet “Admission to Secondary Schools”.
Parents wishing to apply for a place at a primary, infant or junior school outside North Lincolnshire for the 2009/10 intake should contact the school concerned or the council for that school to find out how to apply.
Parents requesting places for any other year groups should contact the school concerned or the council for that school to find out how to apply. ou should also advise the Admissions Team, (tel 01724 297133/4) of your intention to seek admission for your child to a school outside North Lincolnshire. Please consider carefully the question of transport between home and school in the light of the council's policy (see section 6 of this guide).
