If we have not named your first choice of school in the statement of special educational needs, you should initially discuss your concerns with the Special Education Needs (SEN) team or you can contact the Parent Partnership Service.
If you are still not happy you can appeal to the Special Education Needs and Disability Tribunal. Information on how to appeal is available from the SEN team.
