B. Appeals - Voluntary aided schools within North Lincolnshire

Appeals under the School Standards and Framework Act, 1998 (as amended by the Education Act 2002 and the Education and Inspections Act 2006) against refusal of admission to a voluntary aided school are the responsibility of the governors of that school.

If you wish to appeal against the decision of the governing body not to admit your child to their school you need to write to the school's head teacher who will inform you of their arrangements.
