BSF blog

Read the latest BSF blog news here today

The world is changing, and there is nothing better than leading by example. This is exactly what Kevin Moloney is doing as he launches the council’s first ever Building Schools for the Future (BSF) blog in his role as Consultant Headteacher for BSF and Community Development.

The BSF blog starts as Kevin begins his new role. Kevin was headteacher for seven years at South Leys Business & Enterprise College, which merged with Thomas Sumpter Media Arts College to form Melior Community College in September 2007.

This is one of the first BSF blogs to ever be launched. It will give pupils, parents, grandparents and local businesses regular updates, the latest news and Kevin’s own experiences throughout the programme.

Kevin said:

"BSF will benefit everyone within North Lincolnshire, and I am honoured to be launching the BSF blog, which will be used as my way of let you know what’s happening.

"BSF will transform the way young people learn and I want to tell North Lincolnshire how this will happen. My previous headteacher role allowed me to share my passion for learning and writing this blog means I can still do this.

"The council’s BSF team and I believe keeping local people informed is the most important thing. We want you to know what’s going on, why it’s happening and when you will see the results. This is what I’ll be writing about in the BSF blog."
