Educational Service for Hearing and Vision

The Educational Service for Hearing and Vision supports pupils from:

  • pre-school age
  • through primary school
  • secondaryschool
  • and into further education.

The service provides a range of support both within the home and in schoolwhich includes:

  • specialist teaching
  • classroom assistance
  • access to special equipment
  • adapted learning resources

Professional development courses are also available on request.

The service offers educational support to children and young people with visual impairment in

  • the East Riding of Yorkshire
  • Kingston Upon Hull
  • North Lincolnshire
  • North East Lincolnshire
