Education standards
The council carries out extensive consultation on education issues. This consultation is mainly with people who could be affected by proposed changes to the way the council provides education.
We advertise any proposed changes in the press. Copies of relevant documents are also made available to interested parties, including:
- Parents
- School boards
- Councillors
- Unions
- School staff
The council invites written comments from people wishing to express their views on proposals.
