Teaching and training qualifications

Do you need a generic teaching / training qualification?

Sign up now for the 7303 course starting in February 2009 available at both Ashby Link and Barton Adult Education Centre. Make an appointment to see Brian Nugent on 01724 407279.

The Adult Education Service offers the level 3 and level 4 City and Guilds teaching/training qualifications. The service has developed and established high quality courses that have consistently been awarded a Grade A from annual City and Guilds verification visits.

City and Guilds 7303 Award in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector

This is an introductory level 3 course aimed at people wanting an effective introduction to adult teaching/training. It is also aimed at those already involved in teaching/training but who do not have a formal and nationally recognised teaching qualification.

City and Guilds Level 4 Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector

This is a level 4 course aimed at people who are already delivering training or teaching and who need a nationally recognised qualification.

These are generic teaching/training qualifications and candidates should be qualified and/or experienced in the subject they wish to, or are, teaching/training.
